About This Role
A warm Kailua family is looking for a dependable nanny to provide an extra set of hands.. Mom works full-time from home and is looking for support during the busiest part of the day, navigating dinner, homework, and activities in the evening.
The family values open communication, reliability, and teamwork. They would love someone who can help both boys build independence and responsibility while bringing a good balance of structure and fun.
About the Family
This family recently relocated from California to Kailua and the family values raising children who are respectful of everyone.. They want to welcome an experienced nanny's ideas for helping both boys develop independence, responsibility, and positive behavior.
Mom works remotely and may often be physically home during nanny hours, but her west coast work schedule means she may be in meetings and unavailable to manage the boys' routines. The goal is for the nanny to confidently take ownership of what's happening with the children during scheduled care.
